About the Position

Senior Cloud Engineer with Azure

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with Azure to join GFT Poland. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will ensure the smooth operation of our Azure environment and contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular operations related to Azure monitoring, Azure compliance, sizing optimizations, cost optimizations, and advisory, as well as Azure consumption reports and follow-ups on Azure security scores.
• Collaborate with the Cloud IT team to ensure the smooth operation of the Azure environment.
• Implement automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
• Participate in project planning and execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in cloud operations or a related field.
• Experience in working with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in working with Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python).
• Knowledge of Terraform.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, e.g., Ansible.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
