(Senior) Consultant (all genders) Talent Acquisition

About the Position

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant (all genders) Talent Acquisition to join valantic GmbH, a leading company in the IT and tech sector. As part of the valanticworld, you will create an exceptional Candidate Journey, managing the entire recruitment process from search to onboarding. Your focus will be on attracting Young Professionals and Experts in the SAP field, with a particular emphasis on the Spanish market and DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process in a project management style.
• Recruit for SAP roles and other positions as the journey progresses.
• Identify candidates using classic recruitment tools and innovative channels.
• Work closely with an experienced team and contribute to group-wide HR initiatives.
• Attend HR meetings and collaborate with management.
• Implement creative, entrepreneurial ideas.

Requirements

• 3 – 8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the IT / Tech sector.
• Highly skilled in Active Sourcing and experienced in identifying top talent.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong understanding of international, multicultural recruiting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; German is a plus.
• Communicative, proactive, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and curiosity for the latest recruitment trends.
