Responsibilities
- Fachliche Verantwortung: You will take on the subject matter responsibility in projects related to overall bank steering, reporting, risk management, or other central bank processes and actively shape their further development.
- Analyse & Konzeption: You will analyze complex business processes and regulatory requirements, derive action areas, and develop solid subject matter and implementation concepts – in close coordination with the departments and IT.
- Projektmanagement: You will plan and manage (sub-)projects in the banking environment, take responsibility for deadlines, budget, and quality, and lead interdisciplinary teams towards success.
- Stakeholder Management: You will take on the interface function between the department and IT, moderate workshops, coordinate requirements, and ensure that goals and results are in line with customer and project specifications.
- Qualität & Umsetzung: You will support the implementation of subject matter requirements, design tests, coordinate acceptances, and assist in the introduction of new solutions in the department.
- Beratung & Kundenentwicklung: You will advise customers on the further development of their subject matter and technical process landscape, support the development of strategies, tenders, and presentations, and actively contribute your own ideas to the offer design.
- Team & Mentoring: You will support younger colleagues in the project and promote their development through coaching and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in projects in the banking environment, ideally with a focus on business analysis, process management, or overall bank steering.
- Proven experience in capturing, analyzing, and modeling business requirements as well as in the conception and implementation of IT-supported subject matter processes.
- Methodical security in project management (classical and agile) – certifications such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, or Scrum are advantageous.
- Experience in leading (sub-)projects as well as in stakeholder and requirements management.
- High analytical competence, structured working method, and pronounced communication skills at all levels.
- Independent, solution-oriented work, combined with teamwork and enthusiasm for consulting and technology.
- Very good German and English language skills.
