About the Position

King Group - a product company in the iGaming sector operating in the markets of Ukraine and Tier1. We develop brands in a dynamic and regulated environment, where the speed of decisions and the quality of marketing directly impact the product's market position. Our team focuses on creating strong brands and scaling them through comprehensive marketing approaches.

We are building a creative team for our in-house advertising agency, working with our Ukrainian brands. You will be its heart - generating key messages and supervising their implementation from idea to final result.

Responsibilities

Develop ideas and concepts for 360° advertising campaigns for three company brands.
Create key messages and write scripts for image and product videos.
Brief internal and external contractors (design, motion, video production).
Supervise content production: from idea to final result.
Scale the concept across all digital communication channels with the tactical team.
Participate in quantitative and qualitative research and transform them into creative solutions.
Build and develop the brand platform with the team.

Requirements

Experience in creating and launching advertising campaigns from idea to brief and production.
Portfolio with real cases: campaigns, scripts, key messages.
Team experience: design, motion, video production.
Brand strategy skills - you understand why "what" is more important than "how".
High attentiveness: you know current advertising, feel the style, have your own taste.
Experience in an advertising agency or the gambling/iGaming industry - a big plus.
Understanding of sports and esports - a plus.
