About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. This role is contingent on contract award. The primary responsibility is to work in coordination with the Chief Enterprise Architect, serving as the primary technical authority responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the data layer. This includes leading Data Governance, Data Quality, and Real-Time Data Processing (ETL/ELT) tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for the design, implementation, and governance of the data layer.
- Lead Data Governance, Data Quality, and Real-Time Data Processing (ETL/ELT) tasks.
- Work in coordination with the Chief Enterprise Architect.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of data architecture design experience with a focus on enterprise architecture and ETL.
- Seven (7) years of data modeling experience, creating both logical and physical designs.
- Seven (7) years of experience conducting data architecture and ETL in or for an S&T mission-focused organization.
- Seven (7) years of experience conducting data architecture and ETL in or for the Department of Defense (DoD) or Federal Agency.
- Experience designing Online Transaction Processing (OLTP), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), and various reporting systems.
