About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Data DevOps Engineer to standardize CI/CD for data pipeline releases and automate AWS infrastructure with Terraform at scale. You will partner with architects and data engineers to deliver reliable deployments on AWS, including Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service and core services like S3, VPC, and EC2, while keeping documentation thorough and reusable; apply now.
Responsibilities
- Partner with architects and data engineers to capture requirements and convert them into CI and infrastructure implementations
- Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform to enable dependable data operations
- Write and maintain detailed CI/CD documentation to support repeatable delivery and consistent standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with 3+ years building and supporting complex CI/CD pipelines on AWS, covering automated tests, artifact management, multi-environment releases, quality gates, security scanning, and infrastructure validation
- Deep expertise in AWS core services such as S3, VPC, and EC2, with proven ability to operate production-grade platforms on Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform, including modular infrastructure design, reusable modules, environment isolation, and CI/CD integration for automated provisioning and updates
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Redshift, Glue, Spark, and Athena for analytics and data processing workloads
- Exposure to AWS Cloud Development Kit, AWS CloudFormation, and Amazon Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
