4flow software entwickelt eine Reihe von globalen Standardsoftwareprodukten für Logistik- und Transportplanung, die in allen Branchen angewendet werden können. Der integrierte Planungsansatz unserer Softwareprodukte reicht von der langfristigen Optimierung von Netzwerkstrukturen bis zur kurzfristigen Optimierung der Transportkapazitätsnutzung. Darüber hinaus können Planungsergebnisse mit der Transportabwicklung und der Rechnungslegung für ein integriertes Transportmanagement kombiniert werden. Hier arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle von Logistik, Technologie und Compliance und treiben die Produktentwicklung und -bereitstellung voran.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of Data and AI features for 4flow software all the way from data architecture to mathematical optimization and simulation.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures that power real insights, including databases, data warehouses, and robust data pipelines.
• Ensure data solutions are reliable, accurate, and built to last. Your work will set the standard for quality and scalability.
• Shape modern DevOps and DataOps workflows that keep our processes agile and efficient.
• Partner with analysts, product managers, and supply chain specialists to turn complex data into practical solutions.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with data analysis and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Solid knowledge of analytical databases, data management, and data pipeline deployment with tools like dbt and Airflow.
• Fast learner with excellent communication skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Enjoy working with a team and want to contribute to an agile and supportive work environment.
