About the Position

Senior Data Engineer (m/f/d)

Join our team in Hamburg, Germany as a Senior Data Engineer to work with modern technologies like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Python.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data solutions using modern technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Python, SQL, Spark, Beam, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across all projects.

Several years of experience in data engineering, ideally in a consulting environment.
Very good knowledge of Python.
In-depth experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
Practical experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Beam.
Knowledge of software engineering methods (CI/CD, TDD, agile development), containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
The ability to explain complex topics in German and English.
Analytical thinking, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
