About the Position
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Data Engineering Manager role with a client in London. This role is focused on overseeing multiple functions within Data, primarily Data Engineering, and managing a team of talented Databricks Engineers. You will work closely with the Head of Data to shape the future of the team in the new world of AI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple functions within Data, primarily Data Engineering.
- Manage a team of talented Databricks Engineers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Data to shape the future of the team.
- Develop and implement data strategies that integrate AI.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing various sized Data Engineering teams and/or functions.
- Strong background in data architecture and engineering principles.
- Solid understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience with Databricks.

- Competitive salary up to £110,000.
- Hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
