Responsibilities

Administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments;
Monitoring and optimizing performance;
Managing backups, recovery processes, upgrades, and patches;
Administering high availability and disaster recovery environments;
Resolving complex incidents and problems;
Participating in platform migration, development, and improvement projects;
Automating administrative tasks and developing scripts.

Requirements

Professional experience as a Senior DBA;
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server;
Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Active Data Guard;
Knowledge of SQL Server Always On;
Experience in highly critical production environments;
Experience in high availability and disaster recovery environments;
Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows Server;
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and/or T-SQL;
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills;
Good command of English.

Nice to Have

Oracle and Microsoft certifications related to Oracle Database and SQL Server;
Experience with Oracle GoldenGate;
Experience with Oracle WebLogic.
