Senior Designer / Design Lead

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Designer / Design Lead for our creative agency MEX, a member of Havas. If you are passionate about design and ready to take on non-standard tasks, we might be looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Development of ideas and implementation of Key-Visuals for various projects
• Design of web materials: banners, mailers, promo pages
• 3D-modeling of various complexity – from an asset for visuals to visualizations of design of promo-zones and branding of premises
• Editing of video (easy and average complexity), simple animation of characters
• Turnkey corporate identity design
• Illustrations of presentations of various complexity: from the usual “combing” to the visualization of ideas of any level of madness
• Generating solution ideas for any project at the client’s brief

Requirements

• Proficiency in the Adobe graphics package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Confident work in 3D editors
• Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD and experience with UX / UI design
• Experience as a middle-level designer
• Familiarity with a client brand book or guidelines
• Ability to adapt to the requirements of the creative market and global trends in design
• Ability to work autonomously and understand the adjustments from the creative director
• Ability to learn continuously
