Senior DevOps Consultant with GCP

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant with GCP to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a strong focus on Kubernetes (GKE). The role includes developing and managing Infrastructure as Code, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and enabling modern microservice-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure in GCP.
• Developing and managing Infrastructure as Code.
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Enabling modern microservice-based architectures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineer / DevOps role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with GCP and GKE environments.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker and Podman.
• Practical experience with tools such as Packer, Ansible, and Git.
• Good knowledge of scripting and programming languages, including Python and Bash.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining Terraform modules (Infrastructure as Code).
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of microservice architecture patterns, Git strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of delivering significant projects from conception to completion.
• Openness to work 2 days a week from our client's office (Kraków).

Nice to Have

• Certifications in cloud technologies (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Knowledge of at least one additional cloud provider (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Salary range: 135-170 PLN/H
