Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud environments in GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Terragrunt)
• Defining architecture and standards for multi-environment setups (multi-env / multi-project) and building and developing Landing Zone
• Planning and executing migrations of applications and systems from on-premises to the cloud, including transformation to GCP-native models
• Creating reference architecture and systems for self-service / Internal Developer Platform (Backstage.io)
• Providing technical advice and support in pre-sales / solution design processes
• Analyzing business and technological needs of clients in the context of optimal cloud strategies

Requirements

• Several years of experience in cloud projects, including designing and running production environments in GCP
• Proficiency in Terraform, with the ability to design IaC modules and pipelines at the organizational architecture level
• Familiarity with containerization environments – Docker, Kubernetes (GKE)
• Understanding of principles for designing scalable and secure cloud environments (IAM, networking, monitoring, HA)
• Practical knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript / Python / Go / Bash)
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with clients and translate complex issues into business-friendly terms
• Possession of Google Cloud Professional Architect / DevOps Engineer certifications or equivalent for AWS/Azure

Nice to Have

• Professional Cloud Network Engineer certifications or equivalent for AWS/Azure
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud architectures
• Knowledge of automation and configuration tools (Ansible, Pulumi)
• Participation in application modernization projects (cloud-native / replatforming / refactoring)
• Experience in providing technical input for project estimates

3. Personal data will be processed for purposes of a) conducting the recruitment process under Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the GDPR; b) registration in the candidate database, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. consent to the processing of personal data; c) possible establishment, investigation, or securing of claims under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. In the case of data processing based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
4. Personal data may be disclosed to data recipients entitled under separate provisions, entities cooperating with Oktawave, entities processing data on Oktawave's behalf, and companies belonging to the Oktawave Capital Group or CP Capital Group.
5. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve purpose a) i.e. conducting the recruitment process, b) if you have consented to participate in future recruitments, generally for 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn; c) possible establishment, investigation, or securing of claims. After the purpose of processing is achieved, the data will be deleted.
6. The data subject has the right to: a) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal; b) request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format if technically feasible; c) object to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation; d) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR.
7. Providing personal data is necessary for the recruitment process. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
8. The scope of personal data processed includes data contained in the CV.
9. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
