About the Position

Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

casavi GmbH is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth in the DACH region. This role is based in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt a.M., or remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive casavi's digital growth engine in the DACH market.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for DACH.
• Manage and optimize paid search, social, SEO, and GEO channels.
• Analyze the entire customer journey and funnel.
• Develop and execute a structured CRO and experimentation roadmap.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to create scalable digital marketing processes.
• Utilize AI and automation for research, analysis, and workflow optimization.
• Share expertise with marketing teams in Italy, Spain, and other markets.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital marketing.
• Understanding of performance marketing, SEO, GEO, website, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong implementation skills.
• Experience in managing external partners and building knowledge, processes, or standards.
• Fluent in German and English.
