Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer for a remote role with our global IT outsourcing firm. This position requires 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development. The role focuses on technical development, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, especially around Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Support technical work around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience building and extending enterprise Dynamics solutions.
• Experience designing and developing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including custom functionality and solutions that extend beyond standard out-of-the-box platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including hands-on development across one or more modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 extensibility frameworks and development patterns, including plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripting, Dataverse development, or similar platform capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of software development frameworks and technologies used with Dynamics 365 CE, including C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse SDK/Web API, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems, using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware, or other integration technologies.
• Availability to work with overlap to Polish client business hours, approximately 15:00–23:00 Manila time during Polish summer time.
