About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the development of electric and electronic systems for vehicle electrical systems in the Eindhoven area, Netherlands. As the Senior Electrical Engineer on vehicle electrical systems, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the electric systems throughout the entire vehicle life cycle, from concept development to series production.
Responsibilities
- Take charge in the development of electric and electronic systems as Control System Owner;
- Act as an integrator, playing a key role between suppliers and other internal departments to develop hardware and software for VEE Systems;
- Specify requirements for one or more electric systems;
- Specify the hardware and software of the VEE Systems;
- Report status and progress on the development process to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a similar field.
- 2+ years of working experience with electric/electronic systems of the vehicle.
- Experience in coordination and planning.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Result orientation, good planning, and delivering on time.
- Analytical capacity, combining information from different sources.
