Senior Embedded C Developer

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting an Embedded C Developer to join its Lviv office.

Our customer is one of the biggest enterprise construction tools producers. They aim to extend their market with new functional and hardware solutions.

As an experienced developer, you will implement functionality for a new type of device that is not yet on the market, support existing embedded system libraries, create integrated automatic hardware-in-the-loop testing systems to leverage production code quality.

You will work on software development of industrial construction tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement new features
• Architecture & Technical Direction: Participate in architecture discussions and bring forward technical decision proposals
• Update/maintenance of existing embedded software
• Customer communication on a daily basis – Work directly with PM/PO to translate business priorities into technical plans

Requirements

• Pro-active, team player, good soft skills
• C programming language
• Good programming experience with ARM Cortex-M based MCUs (STM32 preferable)
• HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)
• Experience with real-time operating systems/Multithreading
• Networking - Useful background
• Embedded interfaces knowledge (SPI, UART, CAN, I2C…)
• CI/CD: git, Jenkins
• Agile/SCRUM
• Intermediate+ English level

Nice to Have

• Read and understand electrical schematics
• Python
