We are currently seeking a Senior Process and Chemical Engineer for our APAC team to lead resource management strategies and develop talent.
Responsibilities
- Drive joint accountability for global project execution and safety performance.
- Build project teams in conjunction with Global Discipline Leader/ Resource Leader while working with Regional Peers and EDS APAC Leader to ensure work is strategically shared across geographies and solutions.
- Career development along with talent development and training.
- Resource leadership such as performance management, merit, and AIP allocations.
- Drive accountability for the application of processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Global growth strategy, hiring, and staff forecasting including supplemental workforce planning.
- Financials (staff utilization, budget monitoring, overhead control, and approvals).
- Identify SMEs and staff to support proposal efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in process or chemical engineering or other related field.
- Typically, a minimum of 15 years related work experience.
- 5+ years of management experience in areas such as engineering, environmental, land services, project management, and/or operations management.
- Prior project execution experience.
- Expertise in process engineering in industry water.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
