About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Lead with extensive expertise in product architecture design and development. With over a decade of technical leadership experience, mentoring, and growing high-performing engineering teams, you will bring 18+ years of proficiency in backend development and web frontend technologies, with deep knowledge of multiple programming languages, particularly Java (versions 8 through 21).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Design and develop distributed microservices architectures
- Manage CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure robust maintenance and monitoring within AWS cloud environments
- Utilize strong fluency in database technologies, including both SQL and NoSQL systems
Requirements
- 18+ years of backend development experience
- Expertise in Java (versions 8 through 21)
- Proficiency in web frontend technologies
- Experience with distributed microservices architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience with AWS cloud environments
- Deep understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
