Senior Executive, Business Development (海外営業 ※ベトナム勤務※)

About the Position

Join AnyMind Group in Vietnam to contribute to client business growth through marketing solutions for Japanese clients in Vietnam. As a Senior Executive, Business Development, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and will be responsible for proposing and executing marketing solutions for Japanese clients who have expanded into Vietnam. You will be involved in the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and e-commerce strategies, including digital marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce marketing.

Responsibilities

• EC Domain/Digital Marketing-Centric Solution Sales: For new and existing clients.
• Proposal Material Creation and Presentation.
• Account Management during marketing campaigns and execution.
• Reporting and Analysis post-campaign implementation, and client reporting and improvement suggestions.
• Briefing and Direction to local teams (business units of local subsidiaries).
• Client Industries: Cosmetics, beverages, automotive, electrical appliance manufacturers, and more.
• People Management: For those with management experience or aptitude, managing a team of 2 to 10 people, regardless of location or nationality (approximately 80% of the department is Thai).

Requirements

• Experience: In proposal-based corporate sales or solution-based sales in digital marketing/e-commerce.
• Project Management Experience: In digital marketing/e-commerce.
• Language Skills: Business-level English.
• Adaptability: Ability to flexibly respond to changes in the organization or environment.

Nice to Have

• Practical Experience: In digital advertising operations, e-commerce management.
• People Management Experience.
