About the Position
Senior Executive, Business Development (海外営業 ※ベトナム勤務※)

Responsibilities
AnyMind
- Solution-oriented sales in the EC/digital marketing domain (new and existing clients)
- Creation and presentation of proposal materials
- Account management during marketing campaigns and implementations
- Reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and post-implementation, with improvement suggestions to clients
- Briefing and direction to local teams (business units of local subsidiaries)
- Client industries span across cosmetics, beverages, automotive, electrical appliances, and more.
- For those with management experience or aptitude, people management tasks will also be assigned.
- Management of a team of 2 to 10 people, regardless of nationality, based on ability (approximately 80% of the department is Vietnamese)
Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience in proposal-based corporate sales or solution-oriented sales in digital marketing/EC domain
- Project management or progress experience in digital marketing/EC domain
- Business level English proficiency
- Ability to adapt to changes in organization or environment
Preferred Requirements
- Practical experience in digital advertising operations, EC management
- People management experience
