About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development for overseas operations in Indonesia to join our team in Jakarta, focusing on digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- EC領域/デジタルマーケティングを中心としたソリューション型営業（新規及び既存クライアント）
- 提案資料の作成、プレゼン
- マーケティング施作やキャンペーン実行中のアカウントマネジメント
- マーケティング施作やキャンペーン実施後のレポート作成及び分析、クライアントへの報告と改善提案
- ローカルチーム（現地法人の事業部）へのブリーフィング及びディレクション
- クライアントの業種：化粧品、飲料、自動車、電機メーカーなど多岐に渡ります。
- マネジメント経験や素養をお持ちの方へは、ピープルマネジメント業務もお任せします。
- 現地・日本人問わず、実力に応じて2名~10名規模のマネジメントを想定
Requirements
必須要件
- 提案型法人営業経験もしくはデジタルマーケティング/EC領域でソリューション型の営業経験
- 上記もしくはデジタルマーケティング/EC領域でPJマネジメント、進行経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 組織や環境の変化に柔軟に対応できること
歓迎要件
- デジタル広告の運用、ECマネジメントの実務経験
- ピープルマネジメント経験
