About the Position
Senior Executive, License Management（ライセンスマネジャー）
We are seeking a Senior Executive, License Management to develop product strategies and marketing plans using domestic and international IPs.
Responsibilities
- Product Development and Sales: Develop and sell products using external IPs (intellectual property) sold online. This includes anime, manga, characters, entertainment, sports, and more, both domestically and internationally.
- Communication: Communicate with rights holders, procurement, and manufacturing companies.
- Sales Forecasting: Predict sales quantities and determine manufacturing quantities based on forecasts.
- Cost and Schedule Management: Manage manufacturing costs, sales, and various schedules.
- Design Direction: Direct the design of products, landing pages, and banners.
- Product Registration and Site Updates: Register products and update the site.
- Promotion and Marketing: Handle all promotional and marketing tasks.
- Additional EC-Related Tasks: Manage order processing and customer support, among other tasks.
Requirements
必須要件 (Required)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product/campaign planning using IPs (product planning, MD planner), or 2 years of experience in product marketing (ad operation, EC operation, SNS operation).
- Communication Skills: Advanced communication skills to drive projects with stakeholders.

- IP Knowledge: Broad knowledge of IPs and the ability to catch up on new information and apply it to work.
- Design Skills: Basic design production skills (creating promotional materials using Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

- Independent Thinking: Ability to think and act independently.
