Job Description
AnyMind is seeking a Finance Manager candidate to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting for AnyMind Japan.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and management of AnyMind Japan's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assistance in the creation of disclosure materials (Securities Report, Earnings Reports, etc.)
- Analysis of budget and actual performance differences
- Preparation of monthly management reports
- Accounting processing for new business launches
- Support for management accounting and cash flow management
- Review and proposal for improvement of accounting processes
- Design and operation of business processes in collaboration with other departments
Requirements
必須要件 (Must-Have Requirements)
- 2 years or more of accounting experience
- Experience or interest in finance or management planning
- Ability to take ownership and tackle problems that arise

- Experience in financial closing and disclosure tasks at a listed company or similar
- Experience with quarterly and annual financial statements
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
- Experience working at a startup or venture company
- Experience in designing and improving business processes
- Comfortable with English (reading and writing proficiency)
- English proficiency (level not specified)
