Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager（経理・財務リーダー・マネージャー）

About the Position

AnyMind Japan is seeking a Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager（経理・財務リーダー・マネージャー） to join our team. In this role, you will focus on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management accounting, and business process improvement. This is a transformative phase right after our company went public, providing an opportunity to deepen your expertise in finance while also envisioning a future career path in management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing AnyMind Japan's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assisting in the creation of disclosure materials (e.g., Securities Report, Earnings Release)
• Analyzing differences between budget and actual results
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Handling accounting for new business launches
• Supporting management accounting and cash flow management
• Reviewing and proposing improvements to accounting processes
• Designing and operating business processes in collaboration with other departments

Requirements

• Must Have

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience or interest in finance or strategic planning
  • Ability to take ownership and tackle problems

• Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial statements and disclosures at a listed company or similar
  • Experience with quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
  • Experience in startups or venture companies
  • Experience in designing or improving business processes
  • Comfortable with English (reading and writing proficiency)
  • English proficiency (level not specified)
