Senior Front-End Developer, React & Azure

About the Position

The only thing that can stop us is… Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Senior Front-End Developer, React & Azure in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Speed and agility of responding to requests: The ability to quickly adapt to changes or new requirements.
• Adherence to deadlines: Delivering tasks and deliverables within the agreed timelines.
• Completeness and quality of work results: Ensuring that all tasks are fully completed and meet the expected quality standards.
• Efficiency and effectiveness: Using resources and time optimally to achieve the desired results.
• Adherence to applicable standards: Following industry best practices, project guidelines, and technical standards throughout the development process.
• Leadership: Demonstrating leadership in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring alignment with DevOps practices.
• Providing mentorship and guidance: Mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Proven expertise in React and Azure.
• Strong understanding of micro-frontend architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficiency in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines in an Azure DevOps environment.
• Solid knowledge of secure coding practices, including alignment with OWASP TOP 10.
• Strong skills in performance optimization and scalability of front-end applications.
• Experience with decomposition of monolith applications into micro-frontends.
• Availability to travel to Warsaw once a month.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
