Senior Front-End Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with at least 6 years' experience in eBusiness, eCommerce, and/or Digital Agencies to join our team. The role is responsible for delivering front-end solutions in alignment with technical and branding guidelines, especially in the domain of front-end personalization and AB Testing, consistently enforcing those guidelines and supporting other developers in doing so, and, occasionally, leading the implementation of commercially driven and innovative digital experiences, in line with strategy and brand / market needs.

Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Campaign Performance

• Development of fully responsive & WCAG compliant digital experiences
• Implementation of AB tests and personalization campaigns
• Performance optimization and monitoring
• Code reviews and mentoring junior developers

Technical Leadership

• Define and enforce coding standards
• Architect scalable front-end solutions
• Evaluate and implement new technologies

Requirements

• At least 6 years' experience in eBusiness, eCommerce and/or Digital Agencies
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Vue.js
• Experience with AB testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless CMS platforms
• Knowledge of serverless architectures
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with Figma or design tools
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
