Senior Frontend Developer (React & Next) - Hybrid Work Type

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer for our global IT outsourcing firm. This role involves working with React and Next.js in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH). The position offers a base salary of ₱80,000 – 90,000 PHP, a ₱4,000 monthly transportation allowance, and a ₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and testing complex software modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards;
• Troubleshooting critical system issues and implementing effective, scalable solutions, ensuring system stability and performance;
• Reviewing code to ensure best practices, high quality, and long-term maintainability of applications;
• Mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development;
• Documenting system processes, architecture, and updates, ensuring clarity, future reference, and compliance with internal standards;
• Leading specific segments within large projects, ensuring alignment with overall system architecture and business objectives;
• Working closely with clients, team leads, and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development system architecture and technical leadership, ensuring strong expertise in frontend solution delivery;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;
• Advanced proficiency in Next.js and React.js, enabling development of modern and scalable frontend applications;
• Expertise in debugging tools and troubleshooting complex systems, enabling efficient issue identification and resolution;
• Knowledge of system architecture design patterns and documentation standards, enabling maintainable and scalable application design;
• Leadership skills, enabling effective mentoring and support of development teams;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective handling of high-impact technical challenges.

• Interest in AI-oriented solutions and technologies, enabling adaptation to modern development trends and innovation initiatives.
