Senior Frontend Engineer (React / GraphQL)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (React / GraphQL) to join our team in Remote Vietnam. You will be developing intuitive user interfaces for a premium German OEM operating in the Asia region.

Project Description

The project involves the development of a sales planning and data analytics solution. It delivers intuitive user interfaces tailored for business stakeholders and integrates seamlessly with cloud-based backend and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React
• Develop reusable UI components and frontend architecture
• Integrate frontend applications with GraphQL APIs
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product owners, and UX/UI designers
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
• Mentor junior team members and promote frontend best practices
• Contribute to CI/CD adoption and frontend quality standards

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong expertise in React
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills
• Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
• Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure-hosted applications
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Experience with Material UI, Ant Design, or similar component libraries
• Experience building dashboards or analytical applications
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles
