SuranceBay is a software company formed in 2009. We provide software solutions to the insurance industry. We primarily work with insurance agencies and insurance companies.
Senior Full Stack Developer
SuranceBay, LLC – Boca Raton, FL
Architect and implement new functionality, including new microservices with Java 17 and Spring Boot stack; support existing microservices. Analyze functional and system requirements. Port existing functionality (code base) from monolith application written in javax rs and deployed on tomcat into dedicated microservices (spring boot) with the subsequent refactoring and improvements. Cross services integrations via REST API and message brokers. Reverse engineering UI client written in Flash and develop a new solution with Angular + TypeScript. The logical and physical design of the domain-specific database objects. Unit and integration testing. Support CI/CD processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or any Quantitative Field required
- Certificates in Apache Kafka, Microservices Design required
- 2 years of previous experience as a Software Engineer including Spring Boot, Angular + TypeScript required
