About the Position
Senior Full-stack Developer and Team Lead
Our client is looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer and Team Lead to join a skilled team of engineers building a unique product for financial data reporting. This is a green field project with a mixed tech stack and microservice architecture.
Start date: ASAP (depending on commitments).
Duration: Long-term (regular employment).
Working hours: Full-time (8h/d).
Location: Hybrid working model (offices in Vilnius and Kaunas).
Responsibilities
- Leadership and people management: Growing and mentoring the team (25%).
- Development: Core development tasks (75%).
Requirements

Essential skills:
- 7+ years experience in software development
- 2+ years experience in Tech/team lead role
- Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Relational Databases, React, Redux, Redux Saga, NodeJS, git, advanced HTML and Javascript knowledge, devops and cloud knowledge, application monitoring, leadership, team leading, tech leading, client interaction.

We Offer
- Salary: 6000-7300 EUR/month gross, based on candidate's experience and qualifications.
