About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React +.NET) to join our clinical trial technology platform team. This platform is designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform.
You will work across both backend and frontend, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions and contribute to architectural decisions in a distributed, cloud-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building microservices and modern React +.NET applications
- Collaborating with Product and Business teams to identify customer needs and continuously improve the product
- Evaluating and implementing cloud platforms, containerization, React, and .NET technologies
- Designing and architecting Microservices, GraphQL APIs, and React-based modern frontends
- Supporting product teams with new concepts, technical planning, effort estimates, and feature roadmaps
- Contributing to architectural and engineering decisions across the frontend and backend
- Conducting code reviews and upholding quality through engineering practices, peer feedback, and automated testing tools
- Delivering scalable, secure, dependable, and maintainable solutions across the entire technology stack
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience with C#/.NET Core and React in developing high-volume, low-latency applications and services
- Strong expertise in Microservices, Micro Frontends, BFF, APIs, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Advanced knowledge of React and modern JavaScript technologies
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL - schema design, resolvers, and consuming GraphQL APIs from React
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Strong understanding of designing for security, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions on Azure
- Experience working closely with Product Management and technical teams to gather requirements and define product features and technical designs
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

- Experience in the healthcare domain
- Experience with clinical trials or clinical research platforms
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare environments
