Now we are launching a new product in the field of personal digital security and are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team at an early stage. The main goal of this role is to increase the company's revenue through the development and enhancement of product features that help attract new users and retain existing ones.

About the Position

You will join a small engineering team where everyone has a real impact on the product and their own area of responsibility. Here, there will be no multi-level bureaucracy or ready-made solutions-you will be able to build the infrastructure yourself, develop key features, and together with the Tech Lead, determine the technical approaches.

You will work alongside Oleksandr, Nikita, and Serhii.

Head of Direction-Oleksandr Lisik, General Manager. For Sasha, it is important that the developer has enough freedom in their area of responsibility, so there is no micromanagement here. Instead, there is trust, open dialogue, regular two-way feedback, and a constant search for new approaches to work. A separate focus is the active use of AI in daily work and the exchange of engineering expertise.

Responsibilities

• 📌 Opportunity to build, not maintain legacy-you will join the product at an early stage, where most technical decisions can still be made from scratch.
• 📌 Real autonomy in the technical zone-you will have your own tasks and responsibilities, make decisions independently without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• 📌 Opportunity to work on complex backend and infrastructure tasks-from architecture and system design to AI infrastructure and your own technical solutions for the product.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in backend development or Full-Stack with a focus on backend. Also, experience working in a product company is important for us.
• Proven experience with Node.js + TypeScript.
• Frontend development experience with React or Next.js with TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
• Understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience in writing automated tests (unit/integration/e2e).
• Active use of AI tools and agentic coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
• Significant advantage will be experience in building technical architecture and engineering processes in the early stages of product development.
