About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Full-stack .NET Engineer with expertise in Angular or React to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality solutions. This role involves working on both back-end and front-end systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Implement new features and enhancements based on business and technical requirements
- Design and develop scalable full-stack solutions using.NET and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React)
- Develop and maintain cloud-based components and services using Azure and/or AWS
- Add or update technical documentation to reflect implementation details and architectural decisions
- Conduct technical analysis for upcoming features to identify risks, dependencies, and optimal implementation approaches
- Actively engage in all Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Review teammates' pull requests to ensure alignment with coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Suggest technical improvements, architectural enhancements, and process optimizations proactively
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments as well as bugs identified during the sprint
- Mentor and support team members to ensure efficient implementation of user stories and successful sprint outcomes
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience as a .NET Engineer, including full-stack development
- Strong experience with .NET (C#,.NET 6+), including hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core and Web API development
- Proficiency in Angular or React for building modern, responsive front-end applications
- Solid experience with SQL Server and strong knowledge of T-SQL
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Good understanding of Azure services, including App Service, Functions, and Service Bus
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience using generative AI tools to improve software development efficiency
- Understanding of AI agentic workflows and orchestration concepts
- Practical experience implementing AI agentic workflows and orchestration solutions would be a strong advantage
- Experience with AI agentic frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), or similar is a strong plus
- Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+) with strong written and verbal communication skills
