What Awaits You:

• 🚀 End-to-End Architecture: You will be responsible for the holistic technological strategy and conception of complex fullstack systems (Frontend, Backend, and Cloud Infrastructure).
• 🏗️ Strategic Decisions: You will analyze complex business requirements and derive sustainable, future-proof architecture decisions for the entire tech stack.
• ⚙️ Standards & Blueprints: You will define company-wide coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines, ensuring their adherence in projects.
• 👥 Technical Leadership & Coaching: You will lead interdisciplinary development teams technically, coach developers across the fullstack environment, and conduct complex tech workshops.
• 🔍 Quality & System Evolution: You will conduct in-depth architecture reviews, evaluate new frameworks and technologies, and proactively minimize technical debt.
• ☁️ Cloud-Native & Integration: You will design modern, distributed system landscapes, optimize API ecosystems, and manage the interplay with cloud and DevOps structures.
• 🤖 AI System Integration: You will be responsible for the architectural integration of AI workflows and LLMs into complex fullstack systems.
• ⚖️ Strategic Model Choice: You will evaluate trade-offs between closed-source (SaaS) and open-source models (On-Premise) in terms of latency, cost, and data protection.
• 🧩 AI Orchestration: You will design scalable architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent systems.

What You Bring:

Expertise

• Long-standing experience in the design and implementation of complex fullstack architectures (e.g., Microservices, Microfrontends, Event-driven Architectures).
• In-depth expertise in modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and scalable backend technologies (Java, C#, or Python).
• Solid knowledge in the design of highly available API architectures (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and the integration of distributed systems.
• Proficiency in designing modern data layouts (relational, NoSQL, caching strategies) and their scaling.
• Deep experience in designing RAG architectures and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone).
• Proficiency in using AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Very Good Knowledge

• DevSecOps & Cloud Integration: Comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and automated CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Architecture Governance: Experience with structured review processes, technical documentation (e.g., arc42), and ensuring non-functional requirements (security, performance, stability).
• Strong knowledge of modern UI/UX architecture principles (Design Systems, State Management).
• AI Governance: Understanding of the EU AI Act and its impact on software design (risk classification).
• Foundations in LLMOps: Monitoring and tracing of AI services (e.g., via LangSmith).

• Communication Skills: You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both development teams and technical stakeholders.
• Mentor Mindset: You enjoy actively sharing your knowledge and guiding others on their path to becoming experts.
• Very good German and good English skills, as well as a completed IT degree or equivalent qualification.
