Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET, Cloud) - Hybrid Work Type

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with 5+ years of experience in.NET and cloud technologies for a hybrid role in Manila. Join Directio, a global IT services company, where we prioritize the success of our clients, consultants, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform coding, testing, and debugging activities, ensuring the overall quality, stability, and maintainability of the delivered solution.
• Design solution-level integration decisions and communicate architectural and technical choices to team members.
• Work closely with business partners, architects, and cross-functional teams to identify technical and functional system needs.
• Manage standard system processes and enhancements, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and established software design principles.
• Collaborate with the requirements team and business stakeholders to understand scope, priorities, and functional expectations.
• Deliver new business application capabilities and remediate defects or performance issues in existing systems.
• Contribute to the definition of project timetables and development plans, ensuring realistic delivery schedules and aligned expectations.
• Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, effort, and system compatibility, ensuring proposed solutions align with existing architecture and constraints.
• Ensure required application performance levels are achieved, identifying bottlenecks and supporting optimizations where necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience using.NET technologies.
• Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition.
• Willingness to work in night shifts - Necessary condition.
• Expertise in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, and React.
• Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong knowledge of core.NET concepts, including multi-threading, generics, serialization, and thread pools.
• Experience developing Web Services and Web APIs using technologies such as WSDL, SOAP, REST, and SOAP UI.
• In-depth experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience deploying APIs to Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Ability to organize data and write performant T-SQL queries.
• Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, including data access using Dapper.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker, as well as streaming solutions like Kafka and cloud integrations.
• Experience deploying.NET applications using GitHub Actions, targeting Azure App Services and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio and VS Code.
• Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry.

• Salary for work amounting to 130,000 – 150,000 PHP.
