Senior Genesys Engineer

WE ARE META is seeking a Senior Genesys Engineer for a hybrid role in Porto, Lisbon. If you are passionate about developing Genesys solutions and working with VoIP and Telephony technologies, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Genesys On-Premise solutions, including routing, reporting, and routine engine.
• Utilize Genesys Composer and IVR development for creating modern, responsive user interfaces and agent dashboards.
• Work with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting.
• Integrate REST APIs and Web Services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and project completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys On-Premise solutions.
• Strong experience with Genesys Composer and IVR development.
• Deep understanding of VoIP and Telephony technologies: SIP protocol, RTP, SDP, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Oracle, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle) for reporting.
• Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular 2+ for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration.
• Experience or strong interest in Diabolocom (or experience migrating from Genesys to Cloud/CCaaS solutions like Diabolocom) is a plus.
• Holder of Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or Genesys Certified Developer certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2 Level).
• Fluency in French (B2 Level) is a plus.
• Availability for a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
