About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Go Engineer to join a high-impact initiative focused on building modern integration, automation, and AI-driven platform solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Product & Development team and contribute to the design and development of scalable backend systems, including components related to AI/ML and MLOps.
This role requires a strong engineering mindset, ownership, and the ability to work in a collaborative product-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance backend services using Go
- Contribute to system architecture and evolution of platform components
- Participate in real-time collaboration and pair programming
- Ensure production readiness, including monitoring, alerting, and scalability
- Support the full development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing (Kubernetes), and production configuration
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with existing standards
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong expertise in Go, including concurrency and performance optimization
- Experience building scalable high-load systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and production support
- Understanding of modern SDLC and DevOps practices
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a distributed team
- Product-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to technical decisions
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English level
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML or MLOps platforms
- Familiarity with integration platforms (iPaaS)
- Experience in distributed systems design
