About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Golang Engineer to build and run full-stack services in a hybrid setup in Vietnam. You will own feature delivery end-to-end, including design, development, release, and observability, while working with global Agile teams to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience on a cloud platform.
Responsibilities
- Build full stack features using Go and modern Front-end frameworks
- Design scalable services, APIs, and software components
- Translate product needs into technical plans with stakeholders and teammates
- Improve quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and secure coding
- Own releases including observability, on-call readiness, and performance optimization
- Operate and monitor cloud-native workloads in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to inner-source initiatives
Requirements
- Strong background in Go development for production systems
- Proficiency with Front-end development using Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps ways of working
- Clear communication in English
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs and outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and container platforms
- Experience improving developer tooling, observability, or platform reliability
