- Own and coordinate Group Costs and Segment Cost Allocations as the subject matter expert, ensuring timely, accurate postings for monthly actuals, best estimates and the annual budget, and consistent Group and Segment reporting.
- Maintain and improve the liquidity planning data model, extracting and preparing data from the Group consolidation system, and support Treasury with regular and ad-hoc liquidity analyses.
- Consolidate, review and challenge Group financial and KPI performance, analysing trends across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and operational KPIs.
- Build dashboards, analyses and reporting materials for C-level management and the Supervisory Board.
- Act as a key contact for central and local finance teams on accounting treatment and P&L classification, improve Group consolidation reporting processes, and support audits and cross-functional finance projects.
Requirements
- Availability to work until January 2028 (one-year fixed-term contract).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, FP&A or group reporting.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (ACCA, CFA or CPA is a plus).
- Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills.
- Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills, with a solid understanding of IFRS, consolidated financial statements and group reporting environments.
- Ability to take ownership of complex topics and drive them independently in a fast-paced environment, working effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and concisely, including structured visual presentations, and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or tech-driven environment.
- Experience with financial systems and BI tools (e.g. OneStream, SAP, Tableau or similar).
