Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer

Shape secure identity and access solutions with One Identity Manager, automation, and integrations. Join a senior part-time role, fully remote in the EU or from Warsaw/Stockholm, at 140 PLN.

Location: 100% Remote (within the EU) or Warsaw / Stockholm

Work Mode: Part-time (50% allocation / 20 hours per week)

Rate: 140 PLN/h

Language: English (Fluent)

Contracting Party: Optiveum (B2B cooperation agreement)

Responsibilities

• Support access and identity lifecycle management
• Implement system integrations and process automation
• Utilize One Identity Manager (1IM), SQL, PowerShell, and VB.NET
• Work with REST, SOAP, and LDAP interfaces
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)

Requirements

• Expertise in One Identity Manager (1IM)
• Strong background in IAM and IGA solutions
• Experience with access and identity lifecycle management
• Proficiency in system integrations and process automation
• Solid technical skills in SQL, PowerShell, and VB.NET
• Familiarity working with REST, SOAP, and LDAP interfaces
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Fluent English skills

• Experience with One Identity Manager customizations, processes, and data modeling
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• Previous experience working on IAM projects within large organizations
