We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our Technology teams.

The position will be responsible for providing advanced support for cloud and enterprise infrastructure, leading the resolution of complex incidents, driving operational improvements, and collaborating with global teams to ensure the stability and reliability of services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for cloud and infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex incidents and critical situations
• Administer and optimize Windows Server and Linux servers
• Manage and improve cloud services, their performance, and reliability
• Perform advanced administration tasks for business intelligence (BI) and data platforms (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, and MicroStrategy)
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document technical findings
• Lead incident management and escalation processes
• Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate in defining and adopting best operational practices
• Mentor and provide technical support to other team members
• Ensure compliance with ticketing processes, documentation, and communication

Requirements

• Solid experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Solid experience in Windows Server and Linux administration
• Proven experience in resolving complex infrastructure issues
• Knowledge of IT service management, monitoring, and alerting tools (ITSM)
• Experience with business intelligence (BI) and data platforms such as Snowflake, Tableau, etc.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Ability to work in global environments and under high pressure

Availability

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with at least 2 days per week of extended availability
• Participation in rotating weekend shifts
• Availability to work on national holidays when required

We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, and Rosario! If you are in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home!
