Senior iOS Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and develop advanced mobile applications for the iOS platform. As a Senior iOS Developer, you will create beautiful and user-friendly iOS apps for our clients. Your code will be written in a timely and scalable manner, while providing strong optimizations. You will also test your code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and overall robustness. You will work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality iOS apps. Ultimately, our iOS customers will have a great mobile experience thanks to you.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Ensure apps follow Apple guidelines.
• Offer technological, structural, and architectural solutions and implement them.
• Ensure complete coverage of all applications with automated tests.
• Maintain apps, keep developing, and improving apps as new features are added.
• Backend team interaction.
• Working with RESTful interfaces.
• Payment system integration.
• Testing mobile applications.

Requirements

• Core Skills:
  • Strong technical background, good knowledge of Xcode, Cocoa frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, Core Audio, and Core Text.
  • Strong command over Swift and Objective-C.
  • Comfortable in Storyboard and Playground.
  • Strong command over Web APIs & Social media integration.
• Secondary Skills:
  • Unit testing, design, and implementation.
  • Android experience is an added advantage.
  • Team handling experience is an added advantage.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with frameworks & web technologies.

About the Company

We are a proprietary product company developing an integrated super application marketplace, a global trading and messaging platform. We recruit in Warsaw, Poland. We are interested in hiring experienced mobile app developers who are ready to join our team. We need iOS developers. This position is a remote and full-time job.

We are working on a sophisticated web application for the global online marketplace providing broader functionality including omnichannel marketing, messaging, recommendations, rewards, reviews, and more. The project is currently at the prototype stage.
