Senior iOS Engineer

About the Position

N-iX is looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join our team. The client is one of the world's largest fashion retailers selling in 215 markets through its online platform or its 6,477 stores in 95 markets. By working closely together as a single company globally focused on the key elements of fashion production – design, manufacture, distribution, and retail. All the production is founded on three pillars – flexibility, digital integration, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Making sure to follow and guarantee alignment with the company's global architecture
• Communicate with cross-functional teams about service integration
• Promote best practices to improve the quality of our code and processes and ensure technical excellence
• Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements
• Work in close contact with the Product Owner and support in the technical definition of product backlog items
• Provide system or technical development expertise to the team
• Guarantee continuous deployment, write qualitative, maintainable code with extensive test coverage in a fast-paced professional software engineering environment
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
• Excellent communication, organizational, and facilitation skills, product-oriented mindset, focus on team results, willingness to continuous personal and team improvements, leadership qualities, and resilience.
• Proactive use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent); openness to Spec-Driven Development (SDD) approaches and AI integration in daily engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven extensive commercial experience with UIKit and Swift
• Extensive experience with SwiftUI
• Solid Object-Oriented Design and Analysis Skills and modern development practices
• Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design
• Working knowledge of iOS interface guidelines / best practices
• Experience with testing – Unit testing, snapshot testing, automation testing
• Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development
• Experience with CI/CD, Code quality gates, and Code coverage. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Strong Experience working with modular architecture
• Knowledge of UI Architectural patterns: MVC, MVVM, MVP
• Deep Git version control system knowledge. Feature flags, Branching strategies, GitFlow
• Working experience in an Agile environment, a clear understanding of Agile methodologies mindset, and development practices applicable to them
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level
