Senior IT Analyst

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join our team in Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. As a recruitment company, DCG understands that every business is powered by experienced professionals. Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

Responsibilities

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for change initiatives
• Drive assigned initiatives with multiple stakeholders in line with the target state
• Analyze business needs, systems, and data models to support solution design
• Translate business needs into requirements for T24 and reporting solutions
• Analyze end-to-end data flows across T24, integrations, data platforms, and reporting systems
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and reporting teams
• Identify upstream and downstream impacts of changes, including data lineage, reconciliation, controls, and operational processes
• Support solution design by clarifying T24 product configuration, account events, transaction flows, interfaces, and reporting requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios covering standard and exception processing
• Investigate production incidents and data discrepancies across systems
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams throughout refinement and delivery
• Take ownership of cross-system issues until root cause, impact, and resolution are identified
• Contribute to application modernization, simplification, and innovation initiatives
• Ensure solutions meet scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability, and production stability
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching, and review within the area of responsibility
• Support agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills
• Good business and banking domain knowledge
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large, complex datasets
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, data lineage, reconciliation, and reporting processes
• Experience facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of deposits, accounts, balances, interest, fees, value dates, postings, and transaction lifecycle
• Experience creating source-to-target mappings and business data definitions
• Ability to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and expected results
• Experience investigating production incidents and data discrepancies across multiple systems
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ability to manage cross-system issues and drive resolution
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
• Self-organizing and self-driven approach
• Proactive, creative, and innovative mindset
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team members
• Ability to adapt to change and work independently
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to Have

• Experience with T24 (Temenos Transact)
• Experience working in a Nordic bank
• Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem
• Experience with Snowflake
