Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals;
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications;
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project scope and objectives;
• Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring realistic planning and execution;
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring optimization;
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions;
• Participate in regular team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews;
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs by assisting in testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of requirements;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements or scope changes;
• Suggest process improvements and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on web and software development projects;
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools;
• Experience in creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation;
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms;
• Proficiency in creating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, wireframing, and prototyping;
• Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with professional-level English proficiency;
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail;
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an agile development environment;
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts and technologies;
• Previous experience in the digital product development industry;
• Experience testing websites, including functional and usability testing.
