About the Position
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst for Digital Banking to join our team in Warszawa, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and actionable IT requirements supporting scalable and sustainable solutions
- Define features and user stories in cooperation with Product Owners and other stakeholders
- Drive delivery activities in close collaboration with Business, IT, Design, and other teams in an Agile environment
- Coordinate requirements and deliveries with external vendors, ensuring alignment and appropriate quality
- Support Product Owners in planning product development and release roadmaps
- Identify and proactively resolve blockers, dependencies, and cross-team challenges to ensure smooth delivery
- Support manual testing of new business functionalities, enhancements, and maintenance-related changes based on current priorities
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery process
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis within the banking industry
- Proven experience translating business needs into features, user stories, and IT requirements
- Experience working closely with Product Owners and supporting product and release roadmap planning
- Strong ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Very good communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of digital banking solutions and digital banking processes
- Understanding of web application architecture and the interaction between business requirements and technical solutions
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
