About the Position
We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in Warszawa, Łódź, Gdańsk, or Gdynia. Responsibilities
- Design reporting solutions and define requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analysts, IT Analysts, developers, and testers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with the target picture and support sustainable, reliable outcomes
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team
- Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their impact on technology
- Facilitate understanding of technical solutions and their impact on business processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
- Understanding of data flow integration
- Ability to analyze data content and behavior using SQL
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics
- Self-driven and collaborative team player
- 3+ years as IT Analyst
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of trading and/or transaction reporting
- Experience with XSLT
- Experience with BDD
- Experience with Communication Layer
- Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code
- Familiarity with capital markets processes and flows
