About the Position

As a Senior Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions using Java, Angular, microservices, cloud technologies, and modern Agile practices.

• Utilize Java, Angular, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile practices

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java/J2EE development
• Proficiency in Angular (recent versions preferred)
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Oracle Database and relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience with messaging technologies such as JMS or Kafka
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
• Exposure to Generative AI tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, or GitHub Copilot
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience within Financial Services, Trading, or Wealth Management environments
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices

Work Model: Hybrid

Based on the business requirements of this position, this is a hybrid position requiring one or two days per week at a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - Morumbi.
