Senior Java Developer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Java Developer for one of our clients, an international IT company that delivers solutions for various sectors including space & defense, transportation, and more. This role is based in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle of software development within air navigation systems using Agile methodology
• Analyzing solution specifications and system design documentation
• Reviewing source code and performing code analysis
• Developing new modules (design, coding, testing) with a focus on creating easy-to-maintain code
• Finding solutions for reported problems
• Performing all tasks according to project requirements

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Fluent speaker of English
• Several years of experience as a Java Developer
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Spring Boot, EJB Fuse, and Linux environment
• Desirable knowledge of ESB implementation, SQL, PL/SQL, and Active MQ
